Salted Key Lime Pie
Key lime pie is a classic Floridian dessert, made with fresh key limes, which are smaller and more flavorful than standard limes. Use a store-bought or homemade graham cracker crust. Recipe courtesy of The Dutch Miami pastry chef Joshua Gripper.

Ingredients
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 lime, zested
- 14 ounce condensed milk
- 1 cup key lime juice
- 1 teaspoon orange liqueur
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 sheets gelatin
- pre-made pie crust
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
- In a stand mixer fitter with a whisk, whisk the yolks and zest together at a high speed until light and fluffy. Combine the condensed milk, key lime juice, liqueur, and salt. Mix together with yolk mixture. Melt the gelatin and whisk in. Pour in a pre-baked pie crust. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
