Crazy Vegetable Kebabs

Ingredients
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 8 button mushrooms
- 8 pearl onions
- 2 red peppers, seeds removed and cut into large chunks
- 8 garlic cloves
- corn on the cob, cut into 1-inch slices
- olive oil
- kosher salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 4 skewers
Directions
- Place your vegetables on the skewers (2 of each on every skewer). Season with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Heat up the gill to medium heat. Clean the grill surface with a wire brush.
- Grill the vegetables, rotating frequently, for 10-12 minutes, until the vegetables are lightly charred.
