- 1/2 cup protein pancake mix, such as about time
- 1/4 cup plus one eigth cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine all ingredients until smooth.
- Line a 6-cup muffin tin and fill halfway with batter.
- Place in oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Enjoy warm or cold. Try topping them with peanut butter or maple syrup!
