Ingredients
- 2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3 cup cooked, diced skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup red grapes, cut in half
- one 11-ounce can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1/3 cup pecan halves, toasted
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 cup shredded napa cabbage
Directions
- In bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients.
- In large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and toss with the citrus vinaigrette.
