Ingredients
- 1 ounce tart cherry juice
- 1 ounce luxardo maraschino
- 4 dashes mole bitters
- 1 barspoon of luxardo amaro abano
- 4 ounce champagne
- thyme, to garnish
Directions
- Stir the cherry juice, maraschino, bitters, and amaro together in a mixing glass filled with ice. Strain into a cocktail coupe and top with Champagne. Garnish with a spring of thyme.
