Ingredients

1 ounce tart cherry juice
1 ounce luxardo maraschino
4 dashes mole bitters
1 barspoon of luxardo amaro abano
4 ounce champagne
thyme, to garnish

Directions

Stir the cherry juice, maraschino, bitters, and amaro together in a mixing glass filled with ice. Strain into a cocktail coupe and top with Champagne. Garnish with a spring of thyme.
