No carnival would be complete without a queen, and Mardi Gras is no exception. Beautifully pink, bubbly, and fruity without being excessively sugary, this cocktail is fit for royalty.This recipe is courtesy of Crown Royal. It was created by Ricky Gomez.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 ounce apple whiskey, preferably crown royal regal apple
  • 1/4 ounce chambord or dark berry liqueur
  • 1/4 ounce lemon juice
  • champagne
  • lemon twist, for garnish
Directions
  1. Place all ingredients in a shaker tin.
  2. Add ice and shake.
  3. Strain into flute and top off with Champagne or other sparkling wine.
  4. Garnish with a lemon twist.
