Brazilian Caipirinha De Uva
Toast to the upcoming Brazilian-based Olympic Games with the Caipirinha de Uva cocktail featuring cachaça, the national spirit of Brazil. Ingredients
- 4 lime wedges
- 7 green grapes
- 2 teaspoon raw sugar
- 2 ounce cachaça
- 1 1/2 ounce prosecco
Directions
- Place lime wedges, 5 of the grapes, and the sugar, in a cocktail shaker. Muddle until the fruit is crushed and the juices have been released. Add the cachaça and fill the shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for about 25 seconds.
- Strain into an old-fashioned glass and top with Prosecco. Garnish with remaining grapes.
