bourbon vanilla ice cream, such as steve's small-batch bourbon vanilla
ginger beer, such as reed's original ginger brew
1 shot bourbon (optional)

Directions

In a tall glass, scoop ice cream until glass is about 2/3 to 3/4 full.
Pour ginger beer over the ice cream along with bourbon, if desired.
