Bircher Muesli
This is a super easy and seriously tasty healthy breakfast. Make a big batch for a few days’ worth of breakfast and mix up the toppings each day.This recipe is provided by Claire K Creations.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats per serving
- 1/2 cup combination of water and apple juice
- 1/2 apple or pear, grated, per serving
- favorite nuts and seeds
- favorite yogurt
- berries or other fruit, to serve
Directions
- The night before, mix up the oats, liquid, and apple or pear, and cover and refrigerate overnight (this will keep for three days).
- The next morning, add your favorite nuts, seeds, yogurt, and fruit and you’re good to go.
- If you make up a big batch, just scoop out your serving for the morning before adding all the extras.
