- 3 apples
- 4 celery stalks
- 1/4 ginger root thumb
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 orange
- 5 handfuls of spinach
Directions
- You don't have to peel the lemon, but make sure you peel the orange. The orange's skin is very bitter and can ruin the flavor. Add ingredients into a juicer and serve.
