Ingredients

  • 6  Cups  chopped lettuce
  • Foster Farms Simply Raised boneless,skinless chicken breasts cooked and cut into bite sized pieces
  • 2-3  slices bacon, cooked and cut into bite sized pieces
  • tomato, diced
  • 1  Cup  corn kernels
  • 1  Cup  black beans (cooked, or drained and rinsed if canned)
  • 1/4  Cup  red onion, cut into tiny bite sized pieces
  • 1/4  Cup  cheddar or monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/4  Cup  BBQ sauce
  • 1/4  Cup  ranch dressing
  • Tortilla strips

Directions

To assemble the salad: Layer the romaine lettuce in a large salad bowl. Top the salad with the chicken, bacon, tomato, corn, black beans, onion, and cheese. In a small bowl mix together the BBQ sauce and ranch dressing than drizzle over the salad. Toss the salad prior to serving, garnish salad with tortilla strips
