Ingredients
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 8 spring roll wrappers
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • oil for frying
Directions
  1. Heat a skillet about halfway with oil. Coat your banana slices in brown sugar and wrap them into the spring roll. Wrap, roll, and seal your spring roll wrap with water. Fry the spring roll until it's golden brown on both sides. Remove from oil, and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream!
