Ingredients
  • 2 apples quartered, seeds removed, and cut into chunks
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1/2 teaspoon ghee
Directions
  1. Cook cut apples in one inch of water in a small pot over medium heat. Add spices and cook for 10 minutes or until soft.
  2. Pour into bowl when done cooking and mix in ghee.
