Ingredients
- 4 medium granny smith apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 2 cup granola cereal, plus additional for garnish
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon butter, cubed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- whipping cream, half-and-half, or yogurt
Directions
- Combine apples, 2 cups of granola, brown sugar, butter, lemon juice, and cinnamon in a Crock-Pot. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours. Serve warm. Garnish with additional granola and cream.
