Ingredients
  • 1/2 tablespoon açaí powder, such as samba açaí powder
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
  • 2 tablespoon nut butter
  • 1 tablespoon raw agave syrup
  • shredded coconut, to taste
  • granola, to taste
Directions
  1. In a bowl, combine açaí, cacao, nut butter, and agave. Stir until it creates a paste.
  2. Scoop out teaspoon to tablespoon size balls, rolling them between your hands to make even better.
  3. Fill a bowl with coconut shavings and granola pieces. Roll the balls in your mix so they’re coated. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
