- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup parmigiano-reggiano cheese
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 16 ounce linguine noodles, cooked al dente
Directions
- In sauce pan melt 8 ounces cream cheese, 1/2 cup butter, and 1 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. Add 1 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
- Once everything has melted, toss over hot linguine.
