Ingredients
- 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds, soaked in water for four hours
- 2 1/2-3 cup filtered water
- 2 teaspoon agave syrup
- 1-1/2 cup chilled pumpkin seed milk (see recipe above)
- 3 tablespoon frozen pumpkin purée
- 1/4 cup frozen cranberries
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tablespoon chia seeds, soaked in water for 10 minutes
- dash of sea salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon lucuma powder
- honey to taste
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes, depending on your blender, until smooth and creamy. You can strain if you wish, but you will strain out a lot of the pumpkin seeds’ nutrients. Refrigerate in a mason jar for up to three days.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
