PB&J Pinwheels
This recipe solves the age-old problem of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich becoming boring. Make these bite-sized pinwheels for a snack or to serve as an appetizer at your next kids’ party.

Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 tablespoon peanut butter
- 2 tablespoon grape jelly or jam
Directions
- Cut the crusts off the bread and smash the slices flatter with a rolling pin.
- Spread peanut butter evenly on the bread, and then spread jam or jelly on top of the peanut butter.
- Roll the bread slices up into tight spirals. Slice each roll into 4 pieces with a bread knife. If you want to have a bit more fun with the presentation, scatterthe lunchbox container they're in with fresh or dry-roasted peanuts and the fruits from your jelly or jam.
