OutKast's Andre 3000 Loves Kale

Andre Benjamin, or Andre 3000, or one half of OutKast, is back, this time telling Bon Appétit about his love of kale instead of singing "Hey Ya" and getting it stuck in our heads.

In a new feature called "Back of the Napkin," Andre 3000 chooses kale over collards, writing, "Being that I'm from the South, I've eaten collards, mustard and turnip greens all my life. I was introduced to kale a few years ago and fell in love with the way you can instantly stir fry or pan fry it."

He suggests "not boiling it to death, like classic Southern greens, [so] most of that nutrition stays intact."
