No Bake Banana Cheesecake
Don't throw away your overripe bananas. Put them to use! They help make cheesecake extra creamy and sweet.

Ingredients
- 2 cup non dairy whipped topping
- 16 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 overripe bananas
- 1 readymade graham cracker crust
- 1 ripe banana (optional for topping)
Directions
- Place whipped topping, cream cheese, and sugar in a bowl and blend with an electric mixer.
- Mash the bananas separately. Combine bananas with the cream cheese mixture and mix with a spoon until smooth.
- Spoon mixture into pie crust, top with sliced bananas if desired, and refrigerate for 3 hours to set.
