Superfoods For Your Pet? Freshpet Introduces Vital Mix-Ins

Freshpet introduces Vital Whole Blends, which are made of human-grade superfoods and ancient grains (aka human food you won't feel guilty about feeding your dog).

Vital Whole Blends are described as "customizable, real food mix-ins that add variety and nutrition to your dog's every day meals," according to a release. There are six varieties, which are Dental, Digestive, Daily, Puppy, Senior, and Immunity.

Like all other Freshpet foods, they are made in the U.S. using fresh, all-natural ingredients and contain no artificial or chemical preservatives.

"We understand the benefits of adding wholesome fruits, vegetables and ancient grains to our diets, and we believe that our dogs can and should benefit from eating these same natural ingredients, too," says Scott Morris, co-founder of Freshpet.
