Here Are The Newest Ways To Get Your Luke's Lobster Roll Fix

Nothing says summer quite like a buttery, delicious lobster roll, and Luke's Lobster makes a pretty good one, ranking number six on our list of the 20 best lobster rolls outside of Maine.

Luke's Lobster has brought its classic rolls and sustainable seafood dishes to its newest location at the recently reopened Gansevoort Market, located in the heart of New York City's Meatpacking District.

The team has also opened a Tail Cart located in Battery Park, adjacent to the Seaglass Carousel, which spotlights sustainable, traceable lobster tails that are split, skewered and grilled over an open flame. The lobster tails come with a choice of two homemade dipping sauces: traditional lemon butter or a seasonal sauce made with Josh Pond wild blueberries from Maine. The cart is open daily from 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Luke's Lobster has also added a new item to its menu. The Wild Blue Salad features a full chilled lobster tail, house-pickled wild blueberries from Josh Pond, arugula, roasted sunflower seeds, cannellini beans, shredded red cabbage, and Luke's house-made balsamic vinaigrette.
