Guy Wearing 'Crime Pays' Shirt Tries To Rob Little Caesars, Fails

Baltimore police are on the lookout for a clumsy would-be burglar who tried to rob a location of Little Caesars pizza, but decided instead to run away. As seen in the surveillance footage, the man was wearing a black shirt that reads, "Crime Pays."

On Facebook, the Anne Arundel County Police Department asked local residents to help identify the man, who reportedly demanded money and then "lifted his shirt and displayed the handle of a weapon in his waistband which appeared to be a handgun."

When police were unable to open the cash register, "the suspect took the note and fled on foot in an unknown direction."

Responding to one commenter who asked the police to clarify the message on the man's shirt, the team responded: "Isn't that something? Yes, that's what it says."

The man is described as a "white male, approximately six feet tall, freckles, brown hair, with a curly beard" with "braces or some type of caps on his teeth."
