More S'mores Than You Know What To Do With

It's National S'mores Day, and we're pretty excited here at The Daily Meal. A classic outdoor favorite, s'mores — a stacking of gooey marshmallows, melted chocolate, and crunchy graham crackers — date back to 1927, where a recipe was printed for them in a Girl Scout handbook called Tramping and Trailing with the Girl Scouts. The name probably comes from the phrase "some more," and can you blame whoever coined it? One bite of the smoky, rich concoction and you'll certainly be yearning for another.
