Zuckerberg Ate Sushi And Chocolate 'Mice' On Wedding Day
Mark Zuckerberg is on a roll. A day after Facebook went public, the boy billionaire decided to make his relationship official — don't worry, he changed his status, too.
Zuckerberg and Priscilla Chan kept it humble and tied the knot in a small ceremony in the backyard of their Palo Alto, Calif., home. Less than 100 guests were in attendance, and here's the kicker — none of them knew this was happening.
Guests were under the impression they were attending a graduation celebration for Chan, who finished medical school at the University of California at San Francisco last Monday, but they soon discovered the party was actually a wedding.
As for the menu, the couple and their guests dined on family-style plates from their favorite spots, Palo Alto Sol and Fuki Sushi. They opted to forgo a traditional wedding cake and instead served chocolate "mice" from L.A. Burdick Chocolate, which they'd nibbled on their very first date nine years ago.
