Viral Critic Marilyn Hagerty To Visit New York

Media sensation Marilyn Hagerty is headed to New York.

The dining critic for the Grand Forks Herald became famous for her fairly positive review of her town's Olive Garden, calling it "impressive."

Since then, she's done interviews with TODAY, and gotten a positive tweet from Anthony Bourdain. That's impressive.

Thus, the Grand Forks Herald is sending her off to New York City to blog about her food adventures in the Big Apple, and Anthony Bourdain has even gotten her reservations to Le Bernardin.

Her travels (and restaurant reviews, we imagine) are all going to be documented here, but the 85-year-old will have help from Forum Communications' Ryan Babb. Hagerty did say "blogging" sounds like a dirty word, after all.
