This sweet, seasonal sip, created by Johnny Swet of New York City's Hotel Griffou, features a rich mix of heavy cream, maple syrup, sage, and NOLET'S gin.

Ingredients
- 2 sage leaves, plus 1 for garnish
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce heavy cream
- 1 ounce maple syrup
- 2 ounce nolet's silver dry gin
- ice
- nutmeg
Directions
- Muddle 2 sage leaves in a mixing tin. Add lemon juice, heavy cream, maple syrup, and gin to the tin with ice and shake vigorously. Finely strain into a coupe glass and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and a sage leaf.
