A seductive tequila cocktail using Espolón Silver, perfect for Cinco de Mayo. This cocktail is served at Galli's in New York City.

Ingredients

2 ounce espolón silver tequila
1 ounce fresh lime juice
1 ounce black pepper-infused simple syrup
spoonful of puréed strawberries
2 dashes orange bitters

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a shaker and strain. Serve in a rocks glass and garnish with a lime wheel and black pepper.
