Las Vegas' Largest Buffet Set To Open
This fall, the Bacchanal Buffet will open at Caesar's Palace Hotel & Casino with a Roman feast fit for gluttons. The buffet opens in September and will be the largest Las Vegas has ever seen, according to PR Newswire.
The buffet will take up 25,000-square-feet and overlook the hotel's Garden of the Gods. The large space can accommodate up to 600 hungry Las Vegan eaters at a time. The $17 million smorgasbord will have nine internationally-inspired show kitchens that will serve 500 different kinds of food from American to Japanese.
The buffet includes 95 different breakfast options for $19.99 like made-to-order omelets, red velvet pancakes, and breakfast pizzas. A lunch of make-your-own salads, wood oven pizzas, and sandwiches can be enjoyed for $24.99. And for $39.99, diners can enjoy 415 dinner and dessert options like wok-fried dishes, shrimp and grits, and vanilla soufflés and gelato.
The Bacchanal Buffet feast will also feature fresh tortillas, crepes made to order, barbecue ribs, and cater to vegetarians, vegans, and those seeking gluten free options. It will be open daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and also be available for private rental.
