Josh Groban To Make His Own Mondavi Wine
Ever thought to yourself, "The only thing that would make this wine better is if it were made by Josh Groban?" Then good news for you! The dreamy singer is collaborating with Robert Mondavi Winery to create his own signature Napa Valley Wine — and a new album.
It's not too surprising that Groban is becoming a vintner for Mondavi; he sang recently at the 43rd annual Robert Mondavi Winery Summer Concert Series in Napa Valley, Calif. Now, Groban will work with Robert Mondavi Winery's director of winemaking, Genevieve Janssens, and winery chef Jeff Mosher to make a new vintage. His new wine (yet to be named) will be released next year, as well as a new CD to be sold in Mondavi displays and stores. Said Groban in a press release, "I am honored to be partnering with the Robert Mondavi Winery... Fine wine and the arts are a natural pairing, so collaborating with the people at Mondavi to promote their wines and my upcoming album feels like an organic and inspired endeavor."
