Inside Look: New York's Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken Slideshow

There are a variety of griddled chicken burgers, including the chicken cordon bleu, pictured, with ham and Swiss cheese. They can also be customized, and topped with cheese, pickled peppers, bacon, and pineapple.

The "beak to butt" includes fried necks and backs topped with pickled peppers. 

A selection of sauces include three types of honey (chipotle, wildflower, and mustard), and hot sauce. 

The room seats about 65, with floor to ceiling windows.
