A study in luxury, the Trump Hotels are known for their over-the-top minibars. The Trump Soho's rare wine collection includes a half-bottle of Ca' Marcanda, Magari, Gaja (currently the 2006) from Tuscany while the Trump International Hotel Chicago has been known for features like a 'water library' offering, among others, Bling H20, a Swarovski-encrusted bottle of water. 

Shore Club

Shore Club in Miami's South Beach has such an extensive minibar menu, they practically offer an entire closet full of clothes. Especially delicious are the "It's Easy Being Green" organic menu items: cashews, chocolate-covered almonds, cheese and crackers, and chocolate chip cookies. Also on hand are a health bar, Kettle Chips and vanilla bean cookies.

The Bowery Hotel

In Downtown NYC, The Bowery Hotel's aristocratic, clubby vibe extends to its rarefied minibar offerings. Along with a host of Dean & DeLuca snacks, guests can choose from Lurisia Sparkling Water, a light mineral water from Italy, and Pastiglie Leone Peppermint Lozenges. The Bowery is also concerned about its guests' health as it supplies products like Gnosis Raw Chocolate, "the world's most nutritious chocolate," EBoost, Vita Coco Coconut Water and Farmers Golden Sleep aid.

The Park Hyatt in D.C. has one of the best candy selections including Swedish fish and maltballs, but it also makes sure its health-concious guests are satisfied too, offering both Luna and Cliff bars.

XV Beacon Hotel

The Beacon, a Boston boutique hotel, makes a point to include local goodies in their minibar, like Cape Cod chips (made in Massachusetts) and Boston Baked Beans, a regional candy. Also commendable is their list of 11 wine splits which includes a Chateau Latour Bordeaux, a Paltz & Hall Pinot noir from Sonoma and a Chateau D'Yquem Sauterns.

Kimpton Hotels

Across their hotels, Kimpton makes a real effort to include unique items on their minibar menus. For instance, at the Hotel Vintage Plaza in Portland, Ore., and the Hotel Vintage Park in Seattle, you'll find local Pacific Northwest wines like vintages from the Eola Hills Winery. The Sky Hotel Aspen sweetens the pot with Bissenger's Naturals pink grapefruit-flavored gummy pandas, and at the Palomar in L.A., there is an array of organic snacks and toiletries like Late July Organic Cheddar Cheese Crackers and Chocolate Cookies. In fact, this year Kimpton plans to offer more sustainable items and turn up the volume on cocktails, adding Fever Tree mixers along with drink recipes from their master mixologist, Jacques Bezuidenhout. 

Cooper Square Hotel

The Cooper Square Hotel in New York's East Village — just down the block from The Bowery Hotel, in fact — makes sure that guests get a little taste of New York by offering Martin's Pretzels, which are sold in the famous Union Square Greenmarket. Other gourmet products include smoked almonds, organic chocolate, Clif organic energy bar, Martinelli's Apple Juice and Zico Coconut Water,
