- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup almonds, soaked overnight
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 dates
Directions
- Refrigerate almonds soaking in water overnight. In the morning, rinse and peel them; the skin should slide right off.
- Blend all ingredients until smooth. Enjoy!
