Heidi Klum Drunken Dispute With New Boyfriend At NYC Restaurant

Heidi Klum's mantra on her hit reality competition show, "Project Runway" may have sad implications on her love life more than ever—first, her shocking and messy separation from seven-year husband, Seal, and now, a heated public quarrel (while under the influence) with her rebound bodyguard boyfriend, Martin Kristen.

On Sunday night, the pair, adjoined by a friend of Klum's (rumored to be her fellow "Germany's Next Top Model" judge Thomas Hayo), went for drinks at the West Village eatery, The Spotted Pig. Alcohol intensified unknown feelings and after an hour arguing with her bodyguard-bo in a drunken stupor, Klum stumbled out of the restaurant, failing to hail a taxi.

Eventually, Heidi made her way back into the restaurant and goaded Kristen (who was hired to protect her and her children) to go outside to speak to her. However, after another heated exchange witnessed by a fellow diner, Martin left the restaurant and Heidi returned to the table to dine with her friend.

A friend close to Klum, the newest edition as a judge on "America's Got Talent," told the NY Post, "She'd had one drink too many and they had an argument. All couples have disagreements, but most don't get recognized when they have them.”

Just be careful Heidi, if anyone should know, it should be you: One day you're in and the next day you're out.
