Ingredients
- 1 cooling herbal tea bag
- 1 tablespoon of peppermint leaves
- 2 tablespoon of chrysanthemum flowers
- 3 cup of boiling water
Directions
- Steam tea, peppermint, and flowers in boiling water for 20 minutes.
- Strain and cool to room temperature.
- Sip!
