One cup of coconut water adds much-needed electrolytes after a workout, but you can opt for plain water if you prefer. Chia seeds add protein, calcium, and antioxidants.

- 1 tablespoon rehydrated chia seeds (or one teaspoon dehydrated)
- juice from 1 lemon wedge
- cucumber slices
- agave syrup, to taste
