While they're not technically food, Flintstones Vitamins are one of the most famous examples of a food product inspired by Hollywood. Miles Laboratories introduced the vitamins in 1968 and Post Cereal caught onto the idea pretty quickly, debuting Pebbles Cereal (also based on The Flintstones) in 1971.

In the case of Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans and Harry Potter Chocolate Frogs, Jelly Belly took products explicitly outlined in the book and film series and brought them to life. And Nestlé took things a step further when they licensed material from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory and created an entire brand, Wonka Candy.
