This Irish whiskey cocktail, created by PDT bartender John de Barry, is light, floral, aromatic, and elegant. Ingredients

2 kumquats
1 "-by-1" strip of green bell pepper
1 3/4 ounce powers 12 year whiskey
1/4 ounce st. germain
1/4 ounce honey syrup
1 barspoon of lemon juice
ice

Directions

Muddle the kumquats and green pepper, then add the rest of the ingredients.Shake with ice and fine strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a silicone flower.
