Fashionable Eats: New York Fashion Week Spring 2013

New York Fashion Week begins Sept. 6 and editors, buyers, and designers are getting themselves primed and prepped for the coming shows and events.

Along with looking forward to the stellar schedule and fawning over the newest trends, most people are wondering, where are the after parties? Last year's hot spots were Crown and Catch — what this year's chic crowds head to celebrate after all the "ooing and ahhing"? 

If you're looking for celebrities or more specifically Anna Wintour, here's what you should know: 

• John DeLucie's newest, Bill's, will play home to the Town & Country bash celebrating Jay Fielden. 

• W Magazine is hosting a screening of Diana Vreeland: The Eye Has to Travel at MoMA, followed by dinner at The Monkey Bar.

• Sexy burlesque favorite, The Box, is hosting Glamour's Fashion Week party with a performance by Joy Formidable.

• On the last day, Sept. 13, InStyle will host a runway roundup at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay at The London. Ariel Foxman will discuss runway trends with stylist Brad Goreski. 

Also making headlines? Bon Appétit. Adam Rapoport and company are taking the fashion world by storm with their "Feast or Fashion" dinner parties, which will be held throughout the week. Who are they celebrating? Rachel Roy at the NoMad, Chris Benz at a house party, and Michael Bastian at Jean Georges. Not too shabby, right?

"There is this misconception that fashion people don't eat," Rapoport told Women's Wear Daily. "But this is a group that has access to the best restaurants in the world and after shows people are going out to dinner. I think there is an inherent connection."
