If You Haven't Had Enough Pumpkin Yet, Here's How To Have It For Breakfast Too

Pumpkin season is in full swing, and we honestly can't stop ourselves from constantly stocking up on these beautiful vegetables, no matter whether we need more of them in our kitchen or not. Therefore, throughout October and November, pumpkin is a permanent feature on our dinner menu. But we feel that only eating pumpkin for dinner doesn't quite satisfy our seasonal addiction (neither do  the pumpkin-free pumpkin spice lattes we drink every morning). So, in a bid to eat as much pumpkin as we can this year, we're going to be beginning every day with these pumpkin-filled breakfasts for the rest of the season.

Baked Mini Pumpkin Pots

Stuff mini pumpkins with sausages, eggs, and herbs for a hearty and filling start to your day. Make sure you remember to eat the pumpkin once you've finished spooning out the tasty filling!
