The Too Hot Tamales chefs, Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger, recently welcomed guests to their Los Angeles restaurant Border Grill to celebrate the location's 30th anniversary and preview the ninth annual Vegas Uncork'd by Bon Appétit. They were joined by Bellagio chef Royden Ellamar, the chefs served an array of specialty tacos, delicious libations created for the occasion by ARIA mixologist Craig Schoettler, and wine pairings selected by Kim Wood, ARIA's wine director.
The private event featured live music, cocktails, and small bites at the downtown hotspot, which kicked off with opening remarks from Bon Appétit associate publisher, Eric Johnson, and Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority vice president of brand strategy, Caroline Coyle. Afterwards, guests headed outdoors to grab churro tots for dessert from a specially decked out Vegas Uncork'd Border Grill food truck.
