Eat Like A Super Bowl Champ Slideshow

It's a running among the players in the Baltimore Raven's locker room that Ray Rice is obsessive about his diet. So when it comes to favorite snacks for this running back, it's grilled chicken, fish, and salad. "I'm going to stick to this," said Rice to NJ.com. "This is not just a diet... I think I'll use this for the remainder of my career." At least Rice did admit that he misses fried foods and home cooked meals.

Donte Whitner, Safety, San Francisco 49ers

It's a breakfast of hash browns with hot sauce that gets Donte Whitner fired up for his early morning workouts. "...Working out four days a week. I think it really does something to your mental psyche," said Whitner on his official blog. The carbs keep him going for his 6:30 a.m. routine, but it's a treat he tries to indulge in only every once and a while.

Vernon Davis, Tight End, San Francisco 49ers

When on a strict diet, Vernon Davis tries to avoid any snack food that he can. But there's one that he can never seem to turn down. "Brownies are my all-time favorite," said Davis in an interview with Eurweb.com. "I'll allow myself to have a little of what I enjoy." But he said that for the most part he is good about keeping his diet in check.

Joe Flacco, Quarterback, Baltimore Ravens

You'd think that an accomplished quarterback like Joe Flacco would have his diet down to a tee, but as it turns that's not the case. Flacco said in an interview with The Baltimore Sun that since he no longer lives at home, and his mom isn't cooking for him, he will usually start his day with a stack of pancakes and some bacon.

Mario Manningham, Wide Receiver, San Francisco 49ers

Mario Manningham has stuck with his favorite childhood treat.  According to an interview with Thebiofile.com, just like his teammate Delanie Walker, Manningham just loves a nice bowl of cereal. But unlike his fellow 49er, Manningham goes for Cap'n Crunch's Crunch Berries.

Randy Moss, Wide Receiver, San Francisco 49ers

It's become clear that Moss is no fan of buffets, as he prefers his meals a little pricier and more gourmet. In 2010, when a local restaurant set up a spread for the Minnesota Vikings' post-practice meal, Moss was reported by ESPN as saying, "You know, I used to have to eat that crap — but now I've got money." That of course was after an expletive-laden tirade where he said, "I wouldn't feed this (expletive) to my (expletive) dog!" Days later he was waived by the Vikings after only having been on the team for a month. From now on we suggest Moss stick to servings of humble pie.

Ray Lewis, Linebacker, Baltimore Ravens

As a veteran pro-baller, Ray Lewis has to make sure to eat a healthy diet and remain in top physical shape. With so much competition from rookie athletes, he knows that he can't eat like he used to. "I'm watching these guys, with their cheeseburgers and stuff," said in an interview with USA Today. "And you're going to compete against me? Even if you're younger and faster, your fuel won't let you beat me." So that's why he avoids the Snickers, Twix bars, and entire pints of butter pecan ice cream that he used to indulge in.

Colin Kaepernick, Quarterback, San Francisco 49ers

It seems as though Kaepernick couldn't make up his mind when deciding what his favorite snack food was, and instead chose an entire meal that would be any dietician's nightmare. In an interview with Candybarbie.com, Kaepernick decided that pizza, hot wings, strawberry lemonade Kool-Aid, topped off with Sour

Poe, Mascot, Baltimore Ravens

Although the Baltimore Ravens mascot, Poe, might not be competing for the Vince Lombardi Trophy, he still has to be energized and in great shape to pump up the crowd of nearly 70,000 people at the Superdome in New Orleans. But when he's not watching what he eats, crabcakes and potato chips are his first choice for a quick snack.

Delanie Walker, Tight End, San Francisco 49ers

Some people discover one food that they like as a child and it sticks with them for the rest of their lives. San Francisco 49ers Delanie Walker has always loved the dessert-like taste of one sugary cereal, according to 49ers.com. Even as an adult making millions a year, Walker still chooses Rice Krispies Treats Cereal as his favorite snack of all time.
