Coffee Drinks That Will Pack On The Pounds (Slideshow)

A regular large iced coffee is just 20 calories, but if you're watching your weight, you may want to skip the flavoring. No matter which flavor you choose, from butter pecan to Irish crème swirl, you're going to add around 200 calories to your drink.

Dunkin Donuts: Dunkaccino

Cappuccino is traditionally made with espresso and steamed milk, topped with milk foam. Sounds harmless enough. But a large Dunkaccino is made with a mix of coffee, hot chocolate, and milk. It has 490 calories before they even add the whipped cream.

Coffee Beanery: Sugar-Free Caffè Mocha

While sugar-free is a good start, when blended with half and half, a grandé size still has 510 calories.

Peet’s Coffee: Caramel Caffè Freddo

This large blended coffee drink sweetened with caramel and whipped cream has 520 calories. Resist the temptation.

Starbucks: White Chocolate Mocha

A 20-ounce (venti) size of this sugary espresso drink with the standard whipped cream and whole milk is 640 calories.

McCafé Frappé

Whether you order the caramel or the mocha, a large frappé contains more sugar, whipped cream, and flavored syrup than actual coffee. A large has 670 calories.

Caribou: Vanilla White Mocha

This espresso drink is made with vanilla flavoring then topped with both whipped cream and chocolate chips. Even when it's made with 2% milk, a large size has 670

calories.

Coffee Beanery: Sugar-Free Caramelatte

Even though the sweetener might be sugar-free, an XL of this steamed milk and espresso drink using half and half still has 868 calories.

Dunkin Donuts: Caramel Coffee Coolata

This large frozen drink topped with whipped cream is 670 calories. Sub cream for whole milk, and the total calories shoots up to 990.

Krispy Kreme: Lotta Latte Chiller

It might be tempting to splurge on an icy coffee flavored beverage to enjoy with your donut, but you might want to resist the 20-ounce Lotta Latte. At 1050 calories, it has more than half your recommended daily allowance.
