Chef Nick Anderer of Maialino hosted the fifth event of The Daily Meal's Celebrity Chef Series.

Chef Anderer demonstrated how to prepare cured beef tongue, farro, wheat orecchiette, and lamb sausage, topped with chickpeas and ricotta salata.
