Blending an avocado with a bag of defrosted blueberries and a banana sounds crazy, but you end up with a creamy, delicious, sweet treat that’s packed with healthy fats to fill you up, as well as the fiber and nutrients in blueberries.

Ingredients

  • 1 10-ounce bag frozen organic blueberries, defrosted
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 avocado, peeled and depitted
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Blend until mixture is consistent and smooth. Add water if necessary to reach desired consistency.
