- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup diced strawberries
- 2 cup diced jicama
- 1/2 cup red pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 jalapeños, stemmed, seeded, and finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon mint
- juice from 2 large limes
- salt, to taste
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the blueberries, strawberries, jicama, cilanto, red onion, jalapeño, red pepper, mint, and lime juice. Stir until well combined. Season with salt, to taste.
