This refreshing blueberry milkshake is great for cooling off on hot summer days. WIth blueberries and low-fat ice cream, it can be a healthy snack as well.

Ingredients
- 2 cup vanilla low-fat ice cream or frozen yogurt
- 3 tablespoon blueberry juice
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoon sparkling water
Directions
- Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Serve the milkshake in tall glasses with a quick squir of whipped cream and a straw.
