Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted (1 stick)
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 pinch baking powder
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, stir butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add egg while stirring.
- Add flour, baking powder, and butterscotch chips.
- Pour your batter into the pan and bake for 20 minutes. Cut into squares.
