A variation on the classic champagne cocktail, The Bitter Spark, made with Gia Coppola’s lovely Frizzante Chardonnay, is ideal for your next gathering.

Ingredients

  • gia frizzante chardonnay
  • 1 sugar cube
  • angostura bitters

Directions

  1. Splash sugar cube with three drops of bitters, place it in the bottom of a champagne flute, then fill glass with Gia Frizzante Chardonnay.
