Ingredients
- 4 pound whole chicken wings
- 1/2 cup spicy brown mustard
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Line two 15-by-10-by-1-inch baking pans with foil and grease. Cut the chicken wings into 3 sections and discard the wing tips. Place the wings into the prepared pans.
- In a small saucepan, combine the mustard, honey, butter, lemon juice, and turmeric. Bring to a boil. Pour over the chicken wings and turn to coat. Bake for 1 to 1 ¼ hours or until chicken juices run clear and glaze is set, turning once.
